1 General Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Khelaghor AF platform ("Site", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). Registering on or using Khelaghor AF means you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms.

2 Account Registration

3 Age Verification & KYC

Khelaghor AF is committed to protecting minors from gaming. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory at registration and upon withdrawals above a certain amount.

• Driving License

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Khelaghor AF are conducted via Bangladeshi mobile banking (Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket) and bank transfer.

• Deposits are generally credited to your balance instantly.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement — typically 10 to 30 times the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• If wagering is not completed within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same IP address, device, or household is not permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after completing the wagering requirement may be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.

6 Betting Rules

Before placing bets in the Khelaghor AF Sports Betting section, please make sure you understand the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the cash out feature is available, in which case it may be used.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake will be refunded.
• If an event in a combo bet is cancelled, odds will be recalculated based on the remaining events.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, Khelaghor AF reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event from two different accounts (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum payout limits may vary by match and market — check before placing your bet.

During live betting, bets may be temporarily suspended while odds are being updated. Bets placed during a suspension may be voided or accepted at the revised odds.

7 Games & Casino

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Khelaghor AF:

• Creating multiple accounts.

• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Khelaghor AF may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Evidence of suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity.
• Identified as an underage user.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).

You can also close your account at any time by contacting support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before closure (provided all conditions are met).

10 Limitation of Liability

Khelaghor AF is not liable for the following:

• When a game or bet is interrupted due to the user's internet connection issues.
• Transactions delayed due to third-party payment gateway issues.
• Account credentials leaked due to the user's own negligence.
• When the site is temporarily unavailable due to unexpected technical issues.
• Financial loss from betting or gaming — gaming carries inherent risk.
